New job opening for Registered Nurse to work with one of the UK’s leading mental healthcare provider. As a staff nurse you will be working in highly reputable hospital within the Bury area.

The specialises in providing treatment and care for individuals who suffer from chronic enduring complex mental health difficulties that have struggled in mainstream NHS settings. This is achieved by adopting the recovery model to implement personalised rehabilitation pathways. The unit has a full Multi-disciplinary Team who work together and place emphasis on person centred recovery.

As a nurse you will undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation.

The successful nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22,269(Preceptor) - £31,882.50 per annum plus other great benefits.

Key Accountabilities Quality

1. Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all patient care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date.

 2. Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient care.

3. Deputise in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as required. 4. Support and supervise new or junior staff.

To be considered for this role you must be Registered Nurse and having experience hospital settings would be advantage.
